Even though Prince Edward Legion #81 is currently closed we will still be collecting Christmas hamper donations for 3 families in our area.
We will have a "DROP OFF CONTACTLESS DELIVERY" in place from 12:00pm - 3:00pm from Monday to Saturday starting Monday, November 16. A donation box will be placed in between the doors of the Legion where you can pull up and drop off donations. You may ring the bell to let the volunteer inside know that someone has placed a donation in the box so they are able to collect it once you leave. If you wish to make a monetary donation (for the extra groceries that we have to shop for) you may place it in an envelope with your name and put it in the mail slot (secured) by the front door.
We would like to have the donations ASAP as we will need to assess what will still have to shop for and of course to prepare the hampers and deliver them to the families.
Please have your donations in by December 14, 2020.
